Simply combine your buttermilk, honey, grape seed oil, and 1 egg white into a clean bowl. Mix these ingredients thoroughly while slowly adding the coffee and wheat germ, being careful not to allow the mixture to clump up. Make sure to mix until the scrub reaches a smooth and creamy texture, but having just a slight grit to it. It works best to apply this mixture while taking a shower or bath, using a body sponge or moist wash cloth to aid in the exfoliation process.
